Chantal is a General Paediatrician with a background in neurodevelopmental and behavioural paediatrics and has extensive experience working with children and young people with complex presentations including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, anxiety and depression, learning difficulties and nutritional issues. She enjoys providing care to all children from birth to 18 years of age.
Chantal has lived in a variety of places throughout Australia, as well as overseas in Papua New Guinea and England. After finishing high school in Adelaide, she completed a Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Laws degree in Brisbane at the University of Queensland in 2003, with part of her degree completed at the University of Nottingham (UK). She returned to Australia and worked as a lawyer for several years in Brisbane before studying medicine. Chantal completed her medical degree through Griffith University in Queensland in 2009.
Chantal undertook her paediatric training in Melbourne, working at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Monash Children’s Hospital, as well as across several metropolitan and regional health services throughout Victoria. She has obtained dual Fellowship to the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in General Paediatrics and Community Child Health.
When not working, Chantal enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, where she can chase after her toddler and two curly cavoodles.
