Sue is a Consultant Clinical Geneticist who completed her training in Paediatrics and Clinical Genetics at the Royal Children’s Hospital and the Victorian Clinical Genetics Services (VCGS) in Melbourne, and the Oxford Clinical Genetics Service in the UK, also gaining experience at Great Ormond Street Hospital as a consultant.  For more than a decade, Sue has co-led research into genomic testing for children with undiagnosed genetic conditions at the Royal Children’s Hospital, developing a rare disease research program, RDNow.  Sue works at VCGS and RCH seeing children with suspected genetic conditions and is a widely respected clinician with particular expertise in syndrome diagnosis.  Sue also provides an outreach genetics service to the Shepparton region through her VCGS role and is an Honorary Professor of the University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics.
